Each unit comes with a kitchen, seating area, TV, and a private bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is standard, and guests get garden and mountain views. Berg Cottage 1 also has a private outdoor shower and an L-shaped veranda.

The estate has one restaurant, FarmBoyCuisine, at the bottom of the property. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
